We are looking forward to hosting your teams for a great day of volleyball and sportsmanship. Tournament Details Date & Time: Saturday, August 23, 2025 Start Time: 8:30 AM Participating Teams: Hanover (1), Antonito (2), Liberty Tree Academy (3), Bethune (4), Colorado Springs School (5), Elbert (6), Manzanola(7), North Park (8), Centennial(San Luis) (9), South Park (10) Tournament Format: ●Matches will be held on three courts (two in the Main Gym, one in the Auxiliary Gym). ●The tournament will run on a rolling schedule. The first matches will begin at 8:30 AM,with each subsequent match starting after the previous match ends and both teams

complete their 10-minute warm-up. Warm-Up Protocol: ●5-5 Format: Each team will have 5 minutes of full court warm-up (no shared serving). Match Format: ●All matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets. ●First two sets will be played to 25 points; third set (if needed) to 15 points.●No cap on any set. Win by 2 points. ●CHSAA and NFHS rules will apply. ●Each team is guaranteed five matches. Team Responsibilities: Each team must provide the following personnel for their own matches: ●One scorebook keeper ●One libero tracker (if applicable) ●One line judge Please note: Hanover will not provide these personnel for matches we are not playing in. Facilities & Logistics: ●Concessions: A full concession stand will be available throughout the day.●Hospitality Room: Provided for coaches, referees, and tournament staff. ●Team Camps: Assigned spaces will be marked in the cafeteria. Teams should not storebags or equipment in the gym.

●Locker Rooms: Available for changing only. Do not leave belongings inside.Additional Information: ●Volleyballs: Teams must bring their own clearly marked volleyballs for warm-ups. ●Seating: Limited bleacher seating is available in the main gym. September 3, 2025, is School Picture Day. All students will take a picture for their student ID regardless if you purchase a photo package. Flyers were also sent home with students to review various photo packages available.

July 30, 2025 Dear South Conejos Families, I hope this message finds you enjoying a safe, restful, and joyful summer. As we look ahead to the start of the 2025–2026 school year, I am thrilled to welcome back our students, families, and staff. The beginning of a new school year is always a special time, full of energy, new goals, and the opportunity for a fresh start. At South Conejos School District, we remain committed to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment for every student. Whether your child is just starting their journey in kindergarten or entering their final year of high school, we are honored to partner with you in their education. As a friendly reminder, the first day of school for grades 6–12 is Thursday, August 7, and grades K–5 will start on Tuesday, August 12. Registration is now open, and families are welcome to stop by the district office Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to complete registration. As we prepare for fall sports, please remember that all student-athletes must have a current sports physical before participating in practices. Physicals will not be held at the school this year, so be sure to schedule an appointment soon if your student plans to play. Reminder: South Conejos School District will be hosting a free school supply distribution tomorrow Wednesday, July 23, 2025 from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. During this event, we will also be processing enrollment and registration for the upcoming school year. When you arrive at the school, please park on the south side of our building in the gravel and use the sidewalk to come in through the front main entrance. School Supplies will be in the Aux Gym.
