Hey Trojan fans! We kick off the week with a home volleyball game on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. Let's pack the stands and show that Trojan pride. Then on Friday, show your support for our cross country team at the Eric Wolf Invite in Monte Vista, starting at 9:00 a.m.

Celebrating our amazing custodial team who keep our district shining every single day! Your hard work, dedication, and care ensure our students and staff have a clean, safe, and welcoming environment to learn and grow. Thank you for all you do behind the scenes!

What an incredible Homecoming weekend celebrating school spirit, pride, and community! From the bonfire to the cross country meet, volleyball game, and dance, our students, staff, and community came together to make this Homecoming one to remember. Today was a day filled with rhythm, color, and cultural pride at SCSD, all thanks to the amazing Los Vecinos Bailadores! 👏

We extend our deepest gratitude to this wonderful group for sharing their incredible talent and the beauty of our cultural Hispanic dances with our students. The anticipation has been building for days, with our kids so excited to join in on the marcha and learn more about these cherished traditions.

Seeing the smiles, the dancing feet, and the pure joy on every face truly warmed our hearts. Thank you, Los Vecinos Bailadores, for turning today into such a wonderfully happy and memorable experience for everyone at SCSD! 😊

A touch of magic came to South Conejos today as a couple of playful pumpkin fairies fluttered in and delivered pumpkins straight to our football field, transforming it into our very own South Conejos Pumpkin Patch! 🎃✨ Our elementary students had a wonderful time visiting the patch, exploring the pumpkins, and picking out the perfect one to take home. It was a day filled with smiles, excitement, and a little fall fairy magic. 🧚‍♀️🍂

Great day at the Lake City Invite! Our X-Country team ran hard and represented us well, and some of our littles even got to join in on the fun. Proud of the effort, teamwork, and smiles all around!

Public Notice: South Conejos School District will hold a school accountability meeting on September 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The South Conejos School Board of Education has rescheduled the Regular September meeting for the 29th day of September 2025, following the accountability meeting. The meeting will be conducted in the Secondary Flex area.

Trojan Homecoming Spirit Week is next week: September 29th - October 2nd.

Monday - PJ Day Wear school appropriate pajamas
Tuesday - Twin Day; You and a friend match; dress like you are twins
Wednesday - Dress Your Type; dress like the type of person you like; sports, preppy, country, rock, etc.
Thursday - Homecoming Theme is Glow in the Dark; Wear your bright neon colors
