Sports physicals will take place on Monday July 31st starting at 5:00pm. They will take place at the school. We will have a sign up sheet and the paper work ready for students. Please bring a parent/guardian to sign paper work.
Official fall sports season starts on August 7th.

Superintendent inducted into Adams State University Hall of Educator Fame
The South Conejos School Board of Education will be conducting a Regular Board Meeting on the 16th day of May 2023, at 6 PM. The meeting will be held in the Secondary Flex area.
Our 2022-2023 High School Academic & Athletic Awards Banquet will be May 17th at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria. Students who are being honored will receive a ticket for themselves and two guests. Please join us in celebrating our amazing high schoolers!
Trojan Highlight: Marisela Vargas
Marisela works the cafeteria and she says “ I love my job” “ I love to cook for the students”, and “I enjoy seeing all the students grow and change over the years”. She has worked for the district for 6 years and if you know Marisela, you know that she is always jamming out to music at work. She loves ALL music. When she’s not in the kitchen, she enjoys traveling to Mexico with her grandkids to visit her family and expose them to her culture.

Updated middle school baseball small school bracket is updated, and we will be playing in Del Norte on Friday, May 12th. The game start time is 12:00 pm. Bus departs at 10:00 am. The opponent is TBD.

Trojan Highlight: Weldon Colbert
Weldon is the district’s IT Manager, the DAC-DTC, and a coach. He’s been with the district for about a year now. His favorite part of the job is getting to work on and fix issues with any IT issues that may arise, as well as coaching in the sports that I am in and will be involved in to make young men and women into leaders one day. He enjoys listening to Rap, and old-school rock. When he is not fixing things here at the school he enjoys sim racing on my sim rig, watching rally racing, fishing, hiking and so much more that won't fit in a sentence. And Congratulations!! He just finished his Bachelor's program in Information technology at the University of Phoenix!!!
Trojan Highlight: Debbie Martinez Debbie started subbing in 1999 and became part of the kitchen crew in 2008 her favorite part of working for the district is getting to know the students and staff by name and helping them have a great dining experience. She likes country and Spanish music and also loves spending time with my children and grandchildren. She also enjoys decorating cakes and has been a volunteer for our Lady of Guadalupe church for over 10 years including being the wedding rehearsalist.
