We've scheduled this event on a weekday specifically to ensure that all of our students can fully immerse themselves in the rich traditions and vibrant spirit of Hispanic culture. It's an educational and celebratory experience for everyone!

Today, the South Conejos Schools Staff Wellness Team passed out snacks and drinks to staff.
It was a wonderful way to kick off the new school year! Staff were very appreciative of this small gesture, which will go a long way in supporting wellness and positivity throughout the year.

At South Conejos School District, we are fully committed to supporting every child's academic growth and success. To help achieve this, we are pleased to offer our Lunch Bunch and Homework Support programs at school.

Our Lunch Bunch sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for students to receive extra academic help in a smaller, more focused setting, often during lunch or recess time. This allows counselors to provide targeted support and address specific learning needs without interrupting core instruction.

Similarly, our Homework Support sessions offer a dedicated time for students to work on assignments with direct access to teacher guidance. This is a valuable opportunity for them to clarify concepts, get extra help, and ensure their work is completed accurately.

We believe that a strong partnership between home and school is vital for a child's educational journey. Working together as a team, we can create the most supportive and enriching environment for our students.

To make these programs truly effective and impactful, we need your help! We kindly ask that you talk with your child about the benefits of attending these sessions and help us encourage them to attend regularly. Consistent participation allows our teachers to build on concepts and provide the most effective support, truly maximizing the benefits of these programs.

We are looking forward to hosting your teams for a great day of volleyball and sportsmanship. Tournament Details Date & Time: Saturday, August 23, 2025 Start Time: 8:30 AM Participating Teams: Hanover (1), Antonito (2), Liberty Tree Academy (3), Bethune (4), Colorado Springs School (5), Elbert (6), Manzanola(7), North Park (8), Centennial(San Luis) (9), South Park (10) Tournament Format: ●Matches will be held on three courts (two in the Main Gym, one in the Auxiliary Gym). ●The tournament will run on a rolling schedule. The first matches will begin at 8:30 AM,with each subsequent match starting after the previous match ends and both teams

complete their 10-minute warm-up. Warm-Up Protocol: ●5-5 Format: Each team will have 5 minutes of full court warm-up (no shared serving). Match Format: ●All matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets. ●First two sets will be played to 25 points; third set (if needed) to 15 points.●No cap on any set. Win by 2 points. ●CHSAA and NFHS rules will apply. ●Each team is guaranteed five matches.
